Ridge Security Title Inc. has been in operation since 2002, and is locally owned and operated in Polk County. We are members of the Greater Winter Haven Chamber of Commerce, Lakeland Chamber of Commerce, Haines City Chamber of Commerce, Lakeland Association of Realtors, the American Land Title Association, and have a good working relationship with many of the local realtors and financial institutions.

Each of our offices has an experienced and dedicated team with many years of experience. We are available to serve you in our offices, or at other convenient locations in Polk County. In addition, we offer closings by mail. Our offices are open Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Both offices are closed on all Federal holidays.
